Low Fat Fish Chowder (4 servings)

Ingredient For Fish Chowder

Preparation Method

1. Put onion and potatoes into a large saucepan, pour the milk over and season well with freshly ground black pepper.  Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

2. Stir in garlic, sweet corn and fish. Bring back to the boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Flake the fish into bite-size pieces with a fork.  Stir in the parsley and season to taste.  Serve with crusty brown bread.
