Ingredient For Low Fat Greek Salad
6 lettuce leaves, shredded
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 chopped tomato
50g sliced red onion
50g feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
Preparation Method Low Fat Greek Salad
Combine the lettuce, onion, cucumber, tomato and cheese in a bowl. Whisk the oil, lemon-juice and salt together and then pour over salad until coated.
