Ingredients For Low Fat Turkey Burger
450g/1lb turkey mince
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1-2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 spring onions, finely chopped
tzatziki (yogurt and cucumber salad), green salad and new potatoes to serve.
Preparation Method For Low Fat Turkey Burger
1. Mix turkey minced, dark soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, lemon zest and juice, spring onions, and plenty of salt and freshly ground black pepper until they are well combined.
2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into burgers.
3. Cook under a preheated hot grill for 8 minutes on each side until through cooked. You can also barbeque them. Serve with green salad leaves and new potatoes.
