Preparation Method For Low Fat Cajun Chicken
1. Mix together the flour, cajun seasoning and salt.
2. Rub both sides of the chicken breasts with a tablespoon of the olive oil. Dust each side with the seasoned flour. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan.
3. Fry the coated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked and the skin becomes golden and crispy. Serve with tzatziki salad and new potatoes.
