Steak With Vegetables (4 servings)

Ingredients For Steak With Vegetables

Preparation Method For Steak With Vegetables

1.  Cook the potatoes in lightly salted boiling water for 5-6 minutes.  Add the broccoli, return to the boil.  Cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender.  Drain well set aside to keep warm

2.  Add the orange zest and juice to the pan with the garlic, mustard and honey.  Bring to the boil.  Add the peppers.  Cook on high heat until the juices start to thicken, about 1-2 minutes.  Add the vegetables and keep warm.

3.  Heat the griddle pan.  Brush the steaks with the oil and season on both sides.  Put steaks on the pan and press with a fish slice.  Cook for 2 minutes, turn over and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.  Serve with the vegetables and their pan juices.
