Ingredient For Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookie
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Tbsp fat free cholesterol free egg product or 1 egg white
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation Method For Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookie
1. Heat oven to 375oF. Mix sugars, margarine, vanilla and egg product or egg white in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
2. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly, then remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
